By using LexClash you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need parental consent. You represent that information you provide is accurate.

Accounts & guests

Guest progress is tied to your device and may be lost if you uninstall or clear data. Offensive display names may be changed or suspended. Link guest accounts to email or Google to sync progress.

Conduct

No cheating, bots, harassment, scraping, or reverse engineering. We may suspend accounts that harm fair play or other players.

Virtual economy

Coins and virtual items are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world cash value. Rates and rewards may change. See our economy page for details.

LexClash Pro & Paystack

Subscriptions renew until cancelled in Paystack or in-app Settings. Refunds follow applicable consumer law and processor rules. Pro is billed via web checkout, not in-app purchase on stores where stated.

Advertising

Rewarded ads are optional and not guaranteed. Payout of rewards is server-validated.

Intellectual property

LexClash and its branding belong to Keksbot Tech. You grant us a license to use answers you submit in matches for gameplay, moderation, and improvement.

Disclaimers

The service is provided AS IS without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability cap

Our liability is limited to the greater of fees you paid in the prior 12 months or one US dollar (or local equivalent), except where law forbids.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Courts in Lagos have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country. Contact support@lexclash.app with questions.
